There are so many options when it comes to reusable bags! You can go with a canvas tote, a foldable bag for easy storage, or an insulated bag for all your temperature-sensitive purchases.
Go with glass
Glass containers are a great alternative to plastics. Not only are they better for the environment, they also keep food fresher! When you no longer need them for your food, you can turn them into creative flower vases or other decorative objects to freshen up your home decor.
Pack an eco-friendly kit when you leave the house
We’re all looking forward to getting back out into the world post-pandemic. When we get there, we encourage you to travel with an easy, plastic-free kit! Think: steel drink container, reusable utensils, and a cloth bag, so you don’t get stuck with single-use plastics when you’re on-the-go.
Encourage politicians to take action against plastic
An easy way to help fight against plastics from the comfort of your home is to email, call, and tweet at local and federal elected officials to adopt legislation to help save our planet from plastic.
